Gippsland United FC is continuing to invest in the development of our coaches and players as we build an exciting coaching program for 2027.

We are now inviting Expressions of Interest from coaches who are passionate about developing young players and want to be part of the next chapter at GUFC.

COACHING OPPORTUNITIES – 2027

Senior Men/Reserves minimum C licence required (or in the process of obtaining).

Boys Youth State League (BYSL) minimum C licence required (or in the process of obtaining).
Head Coach (U12–U18)
Assistant Coach (U12–U18)

Goalkeeper Coach minimum C licence required (or in the process of obtaining).

Metro Development Squads (MDS) minimum Foundations of Football required (or in the process of obtaining).

We are incredibly proud of the coaching team we have at GUFC and strongly encourage our current coaches to reapply if they would like to continue their coaching journey with the club in 2027.

At the same time, we're excited to welcome new coaches who can bring fresh ideas, experience and enthusiasm to our coaching program.

Successful applicants will receive a competitive remuneration package, subject to the demonstration or completion of the relevant qualifications.

All coaches must hold a current Working with Children Check. Applications can be made through Working with Children Victoria.
