Designed especially for women of all ages and fitness levels, PlayHER is a relaxed, welcoming program where you can enjoy learning the basics of football in a supportive and judgement-free environment.

No experience? No problem! Whether you've never kicked a football before or it's been years since you played, everyone is welcome. There's no pressure, no competition—just plenty of laughs, new friendships and a great way to get moving.
